30% of net collected revenue
On work you source and close. Every rule that decides whether a deal is yours is on this page — because the rules you cannot see are the ones that cost you a commission you thought you had earned.
The rules, in full
Read these before you refer anything. They are the same rules the commission ledger runs on.
Rates and splits
| Sourced and converted by you | 30% of net collected revenue |
|---|---|
| You closed a deal an influencer sourced | 10% to you, 20% to the influencer |
| Total partner cost cap | 30% of net collected revenue on any one deal. Above that needs an explicit Superadmin override with a reason recorded. |
| Stacking | A flat bounty and the percentage are not stackable on the same deal without a Superadmin override. |
| Basis | Net collected revenue — what actually cleared, not what was invoiced. |

Retainer tails
| Sales partner tail | 30% for months 1–12, then 10% while the partner is active and in good standing. |
|---|---|
| Influencer tail | 20% for months 1–6, then 0%. |
| Where terms live | On the partner agreement. The published rate is the default, and your agreement is what governs. |

Attribution
| How a referral is tracked | A referral link carrying your partner code. The click is recorded with campaign and country. |
|---|---|
| Self-referral | Detected on matching email domain, device fingerprint or payout details, and rejected. Referring your own business is not a referral. |
| Contact details of referrals | Never shown to you. You see that a referral converted and what it paid, not the client's contact record. |
| Disputes | Raised against a statement line. A person reviews it; no agent can settle or adjust a commission. |

Payment
| Payout run | Monthly, on the 7th, for commission accrued and cleared by the end of the prior month. |
|---|---|
| Status requirement | Your partner status must be active at payout time, not merely at the time the commission accrued. |
| KYC and tax documents | Gate payout only. They do not block you referring or accruing. |
| Clawback | A refund or chargeback reverses the accrual. A clawback on already-paid commission does not reverse the payout — it books a negative that nets against your next one. |

What you can see
What you get inside the partner dashboard.
- Your own pipeline and nothing else — partner data is isolated at the database, not hidden in the interface.
- Every accrual with the payment it came from and the rule that produced it.
- Your statement in your payout currency, with the accrual currency shown alongside it.
- The dispute trail on any line you have raised, and who is holding it.
