JJ Canvas

The show-reel engine: brand-governed frames and motion with audio, two human gates before anything publishes, and every asset labelled as generated.

What it is

JJ Canvas is the show-reel engine: Nano Banana Pro renders brand-consistent frames, Veo 3.1 turns the approved ones into motion with audio in a single pass, and two human gates stand between a brief and anything public. It exists because a finished project sells better with twenty seconds of motion than with a page of prose, and a film crew costs more than most of these projects earned. Every generated asset is labelled as generated and keeps its SynthID watermark.

Reference architecture

What the platform is actually made of. You can read this before you sign anything, and you own it afterwards.

  1. 01Brand kitTokens plus up to fourteen reference images blended in one pass, which is what makes a set of frames read as one brand instead of fourteen unrelated pictures.
  2. 02Reel briefAn agent drafts the narrative, three to five shots, the on-screen copy and the ratios needed. A person approves the brief, and sets the budget ceiling, before a frame is generated.
  3. 03FramesNano Banana Pro renders drafts at 720p and approved frames at 1080p or 4K. It renders legible text, which is why a generated dashboard still survives being placed next to a real screenshot.
  4. 04Two human gatesFrame review before motion, cut review before publish. The generation agents have no publish tool, so neither gate can be talked past.
  5. 05Motion and assemblyVeo 3.1 image-to-video from the approved frames, eight seconds a shot with native audio, then captions, end card and the AI-generated label, with SynthID carried through the encode.
  6. 06Budget ceilingChecked before every generation call, regeneration included. A reel that would exceed its ceiling stops and asks — the third regeneration of one shot is a brief problem, not a model problem.

What you get

  • A 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 cut of every reel, with audio, from a single brief.
  • An OG card and an email header still drawn from the same frame set, so the page and the post match.
  • Both gates recorded: who approved the frames, who approved the cut, and when.
  • An AI-generated label on every public asset, and a SynthID watermark that survives the encode.
  • Cost per reel recorded against its ceiling, by model and prompt version.
  • Your brand kit stored as tokens and reference frames, so the next reel starts consistent rather than being corrected into consistency.

What it costs

Published bands with their assumptions. A platform page without one is a draft and does not publish.
